**UT Dallas Breaks Ground on $98M Business School Expansion**

Construction is underway on the new Naveen Jindal School of Management complex at the University of Texas at Dallas, with the second floor of the structure now taking shape.

The $98 million project will add a three-story, 125,000-square-foot facility to the school’s existing footprint, bringing the total to 428,000 square feet. Designed by the architectural firm Perkins&Will and managed by Project Control, the building’s construction is being led by The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Completion is expected by May 2026.

The new addition will house the Jindal School’s undergraduate and Executive Education programs, the Business Communications Program, a new artificial intelligence lab, and a Starbucks café. The Dean’s Suite will also relocate to the new space. This marks the third major building and second major expansion for the Jindal School.

Founded in 1975, the Naveen Jindal School of Management currently serves nearly 11,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
