**InvenTrust Acquires Fully Leased Marketplace at Encino Park in San Antonio**
InvenTrust has acquired The Marketplace at Encino Park, a fully leased, 85,000-square-foot retail center located at 22135 Bulverde Rd. in San Antonio’s Far North Central submarket. The property was sold by Birnbaum Property Company.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets’ Investment Sales and Advisory team, led by Barry Brown, Erin Lazarus, Shea Petrick, and Whitney Snell, who represented the seller in the deal.
Marketplace at Encino Park boasts a diverse roster of tenants, with national retailers comprising 57% of the gross leasable area and contributing 53% of the center’s total income. Notable occupants include Pet Supplies Plus, Burger King, and F45 Training.
