**Clear Height JV Acquires Single-Tenant Light Industrial Building in Illinois**
A joint venture between Oak Brook, Illinois-based Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, an investment strategy under Harbert Management Corporation, has acquired a single-tenant light industrial building totaling 23,190 square feet.
Located at 5301 Dansher Road in Countryside, Illinois, the property sits within the Chicago North I-55 submarket. The industrial facility is less than four miles from the I-55 expressway and is situated on a 1.05-acre site. It features two drive-in doors, 19 car stalls, 400 amps, and 480 volts of electrical capacity.
This acquisition represents a rare opportunity to own a stand-alone facility in the North I-55 infill area. Earlier this year, the same joint venture acquired a 42,444-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial building at 1938 University Lane in Lisle, Illinois.
These strategic acquisitions reflect the partnership’s focus on quality industrial assets in key infill submarkets throughout the region.
