**Colliers Facilitates $24M Sale of Former Oakland Raiders Headquarters in Alameda**
Colliers has arranged the $24 million sale of the former Oakland Raiders headquarters and training facility located at 1150-1220 Harbor Bay Parkway in Alameda. The buyer, REDCO Development, acquired the 16.92-acre property, which has served as the home of the Oakland Roots and Soul soccer clubs for the past four years. Both clubs recently signed a 15-year lease to remain at the site.
The property spans nearly 17 acres and includes a 100,607-square-foot office and headquarters building, an 18,240-square-foot indoor training facility, and several outdoor soccer fields. Originally built to professional sports standards, the complex features locker rooms, private offices, a media production suite, a theater, conference areas, and wellness amenities.
The transaction was brokered by Colliers representatives Joe Yamin, Grant Diede, and Will Semone.
