**Amperity Relocates Headquarters to Downtown Seattle’s 2+U Tower**

Seattle-based customer data platform Amperity has officially moved its headquarters to the 2+U tower located at 1201 Second Avenue in downtown Seattle.

The move marks a significant upgrade for the company, with the new office space being approximately 25% larger than its previous location in the Columbia Center. Amperity had been based in the Columbia Center for six years before its lease expired. The company is now occupying a full floor in the 2+U tower through a sublease arrangement. The high-rise building is managed by global real estate firm Hines.

Founded in 2016, Amperity has expanded rapidly, with additional offices in London and Australia, and plans to open a new location in New York City. The company gained unicorn status after raising $100 million in 2021, bringing its valuation to over $1 billion.

The 2+U tower is a striking 38-story, 500-foot-tall skyscraper that was completed in 2020. Located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and University Street, the 725,000-square-foot building features a combination of office, retail, and public spaces, offering a modern workplace environment in the heart of Seattle.

Amperity’s relocation reflects its continued growth and commitment to innovation and talent retention in one of the nation’s most dynamic tech hubs.
