Formation Interests has announced plans to redevelop a seven-building office campus in Phoenix into a state-of-the-art industrial business park named *FORMATION PARK 17*. The existing 338,048-square-foot office complex will be transformed into a four-building, Class AA industrial facility totaling 428,011 square feet.
