**Vulcan Real Estate Opens Cascara Apartment Community in Seattle**
Vulcan Real Estate’s newest apartment community, Cascara, is now open and welcoming residents to the Yesler neighborhood in Seattle.
Located at the top of Yesler, Cascara features 345 units across two nine-story buildings. This marks Vulcan’s fourth and largest multifamily development in the area, created in partnership with the Seattle Housing Authority.
The project was developed in collaboration with Andersen Construction and Ankrom Moisan Architects. Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including two rooftop decks with lounges, grilling stations, and a community vegetable garden.
Cascara joins Vulcan Real Estate’s existing Yesler properties—Batik, Cypress, and Wayfarer. The apartment community is designed with Seattle’s workforce in mind and offers convenient access to public transit, located adjacent to the First Hill Streetcar stop.
The revitalization of the Yesler neighborhood continues with exciting new retail additions, including Yellow Bee Market & Café and Malubianbian, both set to open later this year.
