**AJ Capital Unveils Plans for Major Mixed-Use Redevelopment in Nashville**

In 2023, AJ Capital Partners acquired Belle Meade Plaza, located at 4500 Harding Pike in Nashville, for $87 million. Following the acquisition, the company has moved forward with major redevelopment plans, including the demolition of the former retail center anchored by Kroger. Now, preparations are underway to break ground on the first phase of the project.

The redevelopment will take place in stages, beginning with the construction of 80 luxury residences slated for completion in late 2027. The broader vision for the 780,000-square-foot mixed-use project includes a mix of residential and commercial offerings. In addition to the luxury condos, the development will feature rental apartments, 120 hotel rooms, and a retail center comprised of five buildings offering at least 47,800 square feet of retail space.

According to AJ Capital Partners, the new development is envisioned as a walkable, integrated community ecosystem that includes storefronts, restaurants, and various residential options.

AJ Capital Partners currently manages more than $5.4 billion in real estate investments across markets in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
