Real estate investment manager Clarion Partners LLC has announced that Josh Pristaw is joining its senior leadership team as Managing Director and President. Pristaw comes from Pretium, an investment firm managing $60 billion across U.S. residential real estate, residential credit, and corporate credit.

Engineering firm Syska Hennessy Group has elevated Melonee Jenkins, PE, LEED AP+C, and Kenny Trowers to the role of Associate Partner. Both have over 14 years of experience and are based in the company’s New York City office.

NAI James E. Hanson, New Jersey’s largest full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has launched a newly formed Institutional Services Group. To lead this effort, the company has hired Jordan Avanzato as Senior Managing Director. Avanzato was formerly Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and has overseen more than $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions across the Northeast throughout his career.
