**Newmark Arranges Sale of 40 Wight Avenue Office Property in Suburban Baltimore**
Newmark has successfully arranged the sale of 40 Wight Avenue, an office property located in Hunt Valley, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore.
The transaction was facilitated by Newmark’s team, including Managing Director Nicholas Signor, Executive Managing Director Cristopher Abramson and Managing Director Ben McCarty. The seller, a national real estate investment trust (REIT), remains undisclosed. The buyer is an affiliate of Minnesota-based real estate investment firm Onward Investors.
“The sale of 40 Wight Avenue highlights the continued demand for high-quality, well-located office assets in the Baltimore region,” said Cristopher Abramson. “This property’s modern design, strong tenancy and accessibility make it a prime investment opportunity.”
Built in 2017, the five-story office tower is approximately 90 percent occupied. It offers a range of amenities including an outdoor patio, ample natural light, and a strategic location near a light rail station. Tenants also benefit from convenient access to surrounding dining and retail options.
