**West Garfield Park Industrial Building Sells**

Cawley Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of a 168,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 4343 W. Ohio Street in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Situated on 7.8 acres within the city’s historic Northwest Industrial Park, the property stands out as one of the few remaining industrial facilities in Chicago’s urban core offering a broad mix of functional features. These include overhead cranes, a functioning interior rail spur, zoning that allows for outdoor storage, and access to heavy power—making it a versatile asset for industrial users.

Frank Melchert, SIOR, and Stevan Arandjelovic of Cawley CRE represented the seller, Plant One LLC, while Adam Schneiderman and Dale Strauss of Strauss Realty represented the buyer.

“After operating his business in the facility since 1979, we are excited that our client can now comfortably enjoy the next chapter of his life in retirement,” said Stevan Arandjelovic.
