**Vacant State Farm Offices in Dunwoody to Be Converted into Condos**
The former State Farm office park in Dunwoody, Georgia, is poised for a significant transformation. Workspace Property Trust has announced plans to repurpose the long-vacant office buildings located at 64 and 66 Perimeter Center East into residential units.
The proposed development would include a 125-unit age-restricted rental community. In total, plans call for up to 449 residential units across the 16-acre property, including more than 100 for-sale townhomes that are set to replace the existing surface parking lot.
Workspace Property Trust acquired the site in 2022, shortly after State Farm relocated to its new Park Center campus nearby.
The two office buildings have stood empty since State Farm’s departure. The first is a 15-story, 385,000-square-foot building at 64 Perimeter Center, constructed in the mid-1980s. The second is an 8-story, 200,000-square-foot structure at 66 Perimeter Center, built in the early 1970s.
This redevelopment could mark a new chapter for the aging office park, potentially breathing new life into a key area of Dunwoody amid ongoing demand for housing and mixed-use developments.
