**Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 45-Room Hotel in Wisconsin for $2.5M**
Marcus & Millichap has successfully closed the sale of the 45-room Oasis Hotel in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, for $2.5 million.
“This was a unique transaction in that the seller, a first-time hotel owner, acquired the property in 2022, removed the flag, completed a full renovation, and successfully operated it as an independent hotel before deciding to exit,” said Reed Gizinski, associate at Marcus & Millichap. The deal was brokered by Reed Gizinski, Jon Ruzicka, and Joseph Ferguson, investment specialists based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. The team represented the seller and secured the buyer.
Built in 1988, the Oasis Hotel sits on 2.8 acres at 600 N. Main Street in Sheboygan Falls. The property is strategically located and caters to a diverse clientele that includes leisure, corporate, and group travelers. Major nearby employers such as Kohler Co., Johnsonville, and Sargento Foods contribute to consistent demand. The hotel also benefits from its proximity to regional attractions like Lake Michigan, Kohler-Andrae State Park, and Whistling Straits, making it a favorable destination for tourists and event attendees across Sheboygan County.
