Lincoln Property Company Southeast has successfully negotiated a full-building lease to Spaces at 1372 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta. Executive Vice President Michael Howell, Executive Vice President Hunter Henritze and Vice President Caroline Fisher represented the landlord during the leasing process.
Spaces provides dynamic office rental options, such as coworking space, virtual workspaces and communal breakout areas. The company signed a 38,451-square-foot lease for the entire building.
The three-story Class A office building is situated at Peachtree Street and 17th Street with more than $7.5 million worth of improvements made by its landlord recently.
