MCB Real Estate has recently completed the acquisition of Pinkard Properties, along with its team of 14 highly skilled professionals. Katherine Pinkard, one of the co-founders of Pinkard Properties, will now serve as Senior Managing Director for Property Management at MCB Real Estate. This move comes after Marty Lastner, MCB’s current leader in Property Management division announced his retirement.
According to Gina Baker Chambers, President at MCB Real Estate,”the opportunity to join forces with such a reputable asset and property management team is perfectly aligned with our short- and long-term goals.” She also mentioned that this partnership will help accelerate their vertically-integrated platform while enhancing their capabilities through Pinkard Properties’ exceptional service and proven protocols.
With this acquisition, MCB has expanded its portfolio by acquiring assets in California,Illinois,and New Jersey over the past five months alone. In total,the company has acquired properties worth more than $600 million within the last two years.
