Lancaster's 1.6 Million Square Foot Industrial Park Under New Ownership

Panattoni Development Co. Inc. has recently sold the Midpoint Logistics Center in Lancaster, a 1.6-million-square-foot industrial park, to an affiliate of Sterling Investors LP according to the Dallas Business Journal.

The two-building complex is located off North Dallas Avenue and was completed by Panattoni in 2023 on a 250-acre site purchased with partner MetLife back in 2015. The property is valued at $104.9 million by the Dallas Central Appraisal District.

One building within the complex is fully leased by global logistics company DSV Solutions while appliance manufacturer Electrolux Consumer Products Inc leases the other building.

In late 2024, MDH Partners from Atlanta acquired Commerce 20, another large industrial property measuring approximately1.1 million square feet located south of Dallas near Midpoint.
