Endeavor Development has recently announced a new lease agreement for 92,224 square feet of space at their Nexus at Opus Park redevelopment in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The two-building industrial development spans over 174,230 square feet and is expected to be completed by early 2026.
The tenant, HM Cragg, a company specializing in critical power solutions, will be relocating from their current location in Edina and moving into the new facility. The lease negotiations were handled by CBRE’s James DePietro and Matt Oelschlager on behalf of Endeavor Development while Jay O’Brien of Great Places Company represented HM Cragg.
“We are thrilled to have HM Cragg as our first tenant at Nexus at Opus Park,” said Josh Budish, Principal of Endeavor. “Their shared vision for the transformation of this vacant office campus into a modern business park aligns with our goal to provide them with an ideal platform for future growth.”
Nexus at Opus Park is being developed on the former site of American Family Insurance’s office campus. Demolition work is set to begin in March 2025 on the 14.4-acre property with both buildings scheduled for completion by Q4 2025.
