Endeavor Development has announced a new lease agreement for 92,224 square feet of space at the Nexus at Opus Park redevelopment in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The two-building industrial development spans 174,230 square feet and is owned by Endeavor Development.
The tenant, HM Cragg, a critical power solutions company currently located in Edina on Bush Lake Road will be relocating to the new facility in early 2026. CBRE’s James DePietro and Matt Oelschlager represented Endeavor Development as the landlord and developer during lease negotiations while Jay O’Brien of Great Places Company represented HM Cragg.
“We are thrilled to have HM Cragg as our first tenant at Nexus at Opus Park and appreciate their shared vision for this transformation project,” said Josh Budish, Principal of Endeavor. “We believe that this modern business park will serve as an ideal platform for their future growth.”
Nexus at Opus Park is being developed on the site of a former American Family Insurance office campus. Demolition on the 14.4-acre property is set to begin in March 2025 with both buildings expected to be completed by Q4 of that year.
