Society Nashville, a 16-story mixed-use project located at 915 Division St., is set to enhance the growing neighborhood with its topping off announcement by Property Markets Group (PMG), New Valley, and RMWC. This highly anticipated project in The Gulch area will welcome residents by the end of this year and is part of PMG’s multifamily platform, Society Living.
Financed by a $162 million construction loan from Square Mile Capital and $35 million in equity through CrowdStreet, Society Nashville was designed by Baker Barrios Architects. It will feature 502 residential units ranging from studio to three-bedroom options along with approximately 8,400 square feet of retail space and parking for up to 485 vehicles.
