The residential component of the development is also thriving with full stabilization at The Barrett and The Claude apartments, as well as 97% occupancy of retail space.

The residential aspect of Chevy Chase Lake features three distinct properties: 280 rental units at The Barrett which opened in 2022 ,65 luxury condominiums known as “The Ritz-Carlton Residences” which also opened in 2022 ,and finally an additional building called “The Claude” offering another 186 rental units completed just this year in 2023. With all components now fully operational or near completion,the development has reached its goal for full lease-up across both retail and residential sectors .
