The latest addition to join this platform is Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc., a Seattle-based firm specializing in retail brokerage and property management. According to X Team Retail Advisors President Dave Cheatham, this partnership strengthens their presence in the Pacific Northwest with a team of 13 brokers focused on retail properties and a property management division responsible for overseeing five million square feet of retail centers.
