Construction of Gresham Mixed-Use Community: Project Completed

The development of Arts Plaza Apartments, a 97-unit mixed-use building located at 492 N.E. Second St. in Gresham, Oregon, has been completed by Gibbins Kaplan Development and Capstone Partners. The project cost $26 million and is now being managed by CloudTen Residential.

Situated in the historic downtown area of Gresham on the outskirts of Portland, Arts Plaza Apartments offers a variety of living options including 20 studios, 48 one-bedroom units, 21 two-bedroom units, three three-bedroom units and five live/work units ranging from 442 to1 ,172 square feet. According to Lydia Stiles , regional asset director for CloudTen Residential,”the new community provides residents with spacious living spaces.”

In addition to residential space,the four-story building also features retail space on the ground floor totaling950 square feet which is currently occupied by Autumn Coffee Roasting.The construction team responsible for bringing this project to life includes Team Constructionand MWA Architects.
