Westport Properties was the purchaser of this core portfolio while the seller remains undisclosed. Representing the seller was Cushman & Wakefield’s Greg Wells, Kevin Cuff, Luke Elliott,and Mike Mele from their Self Storage Advisory Group.
One property is situated on approximately four-and-a-half acres at 17106 Avalon Blvd., boasting prime accessibility on a heavily trafficked thoroughfare within Los Angeles’ South Bay region.
