"Proposed Mixed-Use Development in Historic Old Town Scottsdale"

Wood Partners has proposed a mixed-use development in Old Town Scottsdale, located at the intersection of Goldwater Boulevard and Indian School Road. The project will consist of 232 high-end residential units and approximately 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The residential unit mix includes 26 studios, 116 one-bedroom units, 83 two-bedroom units, and seven three-bedroom units. Existing buildings on the site will be demolished to make way for the new development. Utilities will also be relocated to the perimeter of the property.

Parking for both retail customers and residents will be provided in a parking garage with a total capacity of 105 spaces for retail use and 407 spaces for residents’ use.

Wood Partners is leading this project as owner while Nelsen Partners is responsible for its design. A date has not yet been set for when it will go before the Scottsdale Development Review Board.
