Proposed Residential and Retail Project in Old Town Scottsdale

Wood Partners has proposed a new mixed-use development in Old Town Scottsdale, located at the intersection of Goldwater Blvd. and Indian School Road. The project will feature 232 luxury residential units and approximately 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The residential unit mix includes 26 studios, 116 one-bedroom units, 83 two-bedroom units, and seven three-bedroom units. Existing buildings on the site will be demolished to make way for the development, with utilities being relocated to the perimeter of the property.

Parking for both retail customers and residents will be available in a parking garage with a total of 105 spaces for retail use and an additional 407 spaces designated for residents. Wood Partners is leading this project as owner while Nelsen Partners serves as design firm.

No date has been set yet for when this proposal will go before Scottsdale’s Development Review Board.
