The Learning Experience, a national daycare franchise, has announced its plans to expand in Texas by opening 20 new locations over the next two years. These new centers will bring approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial real estate space and consistent foot traffic to nearby businesses. With parents dropping off and picking up their children twice a day, five days a week, these locations are expected to have high levels of activity.
