Manova Partners, a real estate investment firm with $4 billion in assets under management, has successfully secured two new restaurant tenants for their property at 140 W. 42nd St. in Times Square. The popular celebrity chef Guy Fieri and restaurateur Robert Earl have teamed up to bring their concept, Chicken Guy, to the location alongside Planet Hollywood.
The two restaurants have leased a total of 16,982 square feet on a long-term basis within the three-story condo building situated below the Hilton Garden Inn. This prime retail space is now fully occupied thanks to Manova Partners’ efforts.
Represented by Jeffrey Roseman, Drew Weiss and Mark Leber of Newmark during lease negotiations, Manova Partners has owned and operated this building since 2014 through predecessor companies. With these new additions to its tenant roster at such an iconic location like Times Square , it’s clear that Manova Partners continues to thrive as a successful real estate investment firm.
