Energy Transfer recently sold its Stone Oak office building to local developer Worth & Associates. The property, located at 800 E. Sonterra Blvd., was purchased for an undisclosed amount, although the most recent valuation was reported at $21.95 million by the San Antonio Business Journal.
As part of the transaction, Worth secured a $15 million loan from Hurd Enterprises. The 99,623-square-foot building was unoccupied at the time of sale and had previously been known as Concord Park I. However, it has now been rebranded as 800 Sonterra by Worth.
The deal was facilitated by Stream Realty Partners’ Steve Thomas, Alyse Sellers and Zander Thomas on behalf of Energy Transfer LP while Shawn Gulley and Lukin King managed it on behalf of Worth.
Energy Transfer LP is a leading American company that specializes in transporting and storing pipelines for natural gas, crude oil , NGLs (natural gas liquids), refined products ,and liquid natural gas terminals.
