"Anchoring the Argyle Retail Center: Tom Thumb's Expansion to 138K-SF"

A new shopping center in Argyle, known as the Harvest Town Center, is currently under construction and will feature a 63,000-square-foot Tom Thumb supermarket as its anchor tenant. The store is expected to open in spring 2026 at its location on Market Way. Other tenants joining Tom Thumb at the center include McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A and Chase Bank.

Located northwest of Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, this development is strategically located near two large residential communities being planned by Hillwood: Harvest (4,000 homes) and Pecan Square (3,100 homes). The project will be completed in two phases with additional restaurants and a bank set to join the lineup.

Frost Bank provided financing for this project while Ridgemont Construction Co. serves as the construction partner. This marks another milestone for Tom Thumb which first opened its doors in Dallas back in 1948.
