The facility boasts a modern design with dock-high and drive-in loading doors, as well as features such as 30-foot clear heights, tilt-wall construction, a spacious truck court measuring 130 feet in length and potential access to rail services. It is also one of the few Class A properties available in the Space Coast market area.
The property offers convenient access to major Florida highways and serves as an important link between the Space Coast region and its surrounding areas.
