"Acquisition of Commerce Site for Lease and Development by Bridge Logistics"

Bridge Logistics Properties, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc., has recently acquired a 5.6-acre site located at 4542 Dunham in Commerce. The property was purchased vacant and BLP plans to lease out the existing 122,000-square-foot building while also seeking entitlements for a new distribution building spanning over 127,000 square feet.

According to Paul Jones, managing director of BLP, the current market conditions have created attractive opportunities for investment with favorable risk/return ratios. By acquiring this well-positioned site at an affordable price that aligns with land value, BLP can maximize its potential through increased operational flexibility.

The Dunham property is strategically located within the Central LA submarket and offers convenient access to major freeways such as the I-710 and I-5. This provides direct connections to Downtown Los Angeles as well as the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. As part of its ongoing strategy focused on acquiring high-quality industrial assets in key markets across the country, BLP will continue pursuing similar opportunities like this one.
