Krusinski Construction Company, based in Oak Brook, has recently finished two interior buildout projects in Colorado and Maryland for Santa Monica Seafood. These projects are part of the company’s expansion into the Mountain West and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The total area of these two projects is 58,000 square feet. They were strategically planned by Santa Monica Seafood to increase their presence in the United States and enable them to deliver products to 40 states within just 48 hours after packing. The existing industrial spaces were converted into food production areas with specific requirements for electricity, water service, and installation of specialized equipment for food processing and preparation.
According to Andy Johnson, Executive Vice President at Krusinski Construction Company: “These buildouts play a crucial role in our efforts to support Santa Monica Seafood as they expand their reach and capabilities across the country.” This project was reported on Connect CRE.
