Frisco Railhead is a proposed mega-development in the city of Frisco. Led by Heady Investments, this mixed-use project has an estimated cost of $3 billion and will be located along the Dallas North Tollway, north of Main Street. The development will include apartments, retail spaces, offices, and entertainment options. Additionally, there are plans for a Las Vegas-style hotel with an estimated cost of $400 million. Construction on infrastructure such as utilities, roads and sewers was completed in early November.
The first phase of the project is called Jefferson Railhead and will consist of 453 apartment units. The second phase known as Jefferson Parkhouse will add another 450 units to the development and is expected to finish construction around the same time as the first building. Phase three is currently in its early design stages with plans for 377 units; it’s anticipated that construction on this phase will begin in 2026.The entire project which includes all three phases totaling at 1 ,280-units,is set to be completed by2028.
In addition to Frisco Railhead,the city also has several other multibillion-dollar projects underway including The Mix which costs$3 billion Firefly Park costing$4billion Fields West costing$2billion,and over $1billion worthof new developments planned around Toyota Stadium.
