Frisco Railhead is an ambitious new development proposal for the city of Frisco. Led by Heady Investments, this mixed-use project along the Dallas North Tollway north of Main Street has a potential value of $3 billion. The expansive development will include a variety of residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. A notable addition to the plans is a luxurious Las Vegas-style hotel with an estimated cost of $400 million.
The first phase, known as Jefferson Railhead, will consist of 453 apartment units. Following closely behind is phase two – Jefferson Parkhouse – which will add another 450 units and aims to finish construction in tandem with the first building. Phase three is currently in its early design stages and proposes 377 additional units; groundbreaking for this phase is expected to take place in 2026. The entire project consisting of 1,280 units should be completed by 2028.
In addition to Frisco Railhead’s impressive scale and scope are other major developments underway within Frisco such as The Mix valued at $3 billion dollars , Firefly Park totaling at $4 billion dollars , Fields West worth approximately $2 billion dollars , plus over one-billion-dollars’ worth planned around Toyota Stadium.
