RXR and Korman Communities have officially opened leasing for AVE Hamilton Green, a mixed-use community situated on the former site of White Plains Mall. The project will be managed by Korman’s renowned brand AVE and will consist of two residential buildings.
The first building in the master plan, 25 Cottage, offers 170 high-end apartments. This announcement comes shortly after the topping out ceremony held on August 26.
AVE Hamilton Green is a joint venture between RXR and Cappelli Organization with LRC Construction as general contractor. Move-ins are scheduled to begin at the beginning of 2025.
According to Joseph V. Graziose, EVP and head of construction & development at RXR: “AVE Hamilton Green is not just a residential development – it is part of an exciting mixed-use masterplan that includes office space, retail options, and public green spaces.”
