High Street Residential (HSR), the residential division of Trammell Crow Company, has partnered with MetLife Investment Management to begin construction on a new 244-unit residential community in Seattle.
The development, located in the Roosevelt neighborhood and spanning seven stories, is HSR’s second project in the area following their successful completion of Corner 63 last year. The project was designed by Weinstein A+U and will be built by Chinn Construction. Property management will be handled by Avenue5.
Situated at 6716 Roosevelt Way NE, this development will offer a variety of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units along the entire block. Alan Cantlin, Principal at High Street Residential Seattle expressed confidence in their latest project stating that it will meet demand for high-quality apartments with thoughtful design elements similar to those found at Corner 63.
This groundbreaking marks another milestone for High Street Residential as they continue to expand their presence in Seattle’s thriving real estate market.
