Clay B. Pulliam has recently joined the Dallas office of Locke Lord as a Partner in the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Prior to this, he was with Frost Brown Todd and has extensive experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions across Texas and beyond. His expertise covers various industries and property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, hospital developments in high-density urban areas. Pulliam’s practice focuses on acquisitions/dispositions, development/construction projects financing/loans workouts/renegotiations leasing agreements joint ventures.

Lincoln Property Company has expanded its leadership team in Central Texas by hiring Stewart Geise as Director of Property Management. In this role Mr.Geise will oversee management & accounting teams providing services for office retail & industrial assets throughout Central Texas.He is responsible for managing client relations collaborating with investor & occupier service groups strategic planning for client portfolios financial reporting.

Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the sale of The Riley a 178-unit multifamily community located Burleson,Texas.Grant Raymond& Asher Hall represented Corsair Ventures,the seller,in this transaction.NewStreet Properties&Thane Partners acquired it.Completed just last year (2023),The Riley offers resort-style pool,a24-hour fitness center,& clubhouse featuring activity center/co-working offices.Its location between Hwy74/I-35W makes it highly desirable among residents.

Lincoln Property Company broke ground on Brookhollow Business Center -a new Class A industrial project spanning over312150 sq.ft.on Empire Central Drive,Dallas.The redevelopment project involves transforming an existing truck terminal facility into two modern buildings.Brookhollow is expected to be completed by October 2025.
