Lee & Associates, a real estate firm, recently completed a lease deal for an industrial building in Itasca, Illinois. The property spans 43,845 square feet and is located at 940-942 Thorndale Avenue.
The tenant in the transaction was The RDI Group, a company that specializes in manufacturing engineered systems for various industries such as roofing and construction. Jeff Janda from Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the tenant while Mike Plumb from Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the owner of the building – Link Logistics. Cabot Properties manages this asset.
