Alliance Industrial has joined forces with Barings to develop the Ironhead Commerce Center, located at the intersection of Harmonson Road and McPherson Drive in Northlake. The project is estimated to cost $56 million and was designed by Seeberger Architecture.
Spanning 57.3 acres, Ironhead encompasses a total of 906,271 square feet across four buildings. Its versatile design allows for tenants ranging from 40,000 to 320,000 square feet. The location offers easy access to major transportation hubs such as Alliance Airport and BNSF Intermodal as well as popular logistics centers like Amazon, FedEx,and UPS.
