JLL recently facilitated the sale of Sonder Fields, a newly constructed community in Happy Valley, Oregon. The property was sold for $58.25 million and consists of 180 units.
Representing the seller Cobalt, JLL’s Investment and Sales Advisory team led by Senior Managing Director Ira Virden, Managing Director Carrie Kahn and Director Frank Solorzano worked on the transaction.
Sonder Fields is located at 14798 SE Parklane Dr., offering convenient access to I-205 as well as nearby retail centers like Clackamas Town Center and Happy Valley Crossroads. Built in 2023 on a spacious 9.95-acre lot, this luxury apartment complex features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with an average size of 972 square feet.
