Arden Logistics Parks, the logistics real estate operating platform of Arden Group, has appointed Charlie McCombs as its new Managing Director of Acquisitions.
McCombs brings a wealth of experience to the role, having most recently worked at Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate) as Senior Director of Investments. In this position, he was responsible for identifying and executing equity and credit opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his career, McCombs has successfully completed approximately $2 billion in investments across various sectors including industrial, multifamily, retail and office.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate), McCombs held positions at DRA Advisors,CIM Group,and Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital. He graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Special Attainments in Commerce,Business Management,and Administration.
