A 37-unit apartment portfolio in Quincy, MA has been successfully sold by Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC for $10 million. The undisclosed buyer was represented by the investment team of Angela Nuss, Liz Tavares and Jay Nuss. Additionally, the team collaborated with JustJump Marketing Inc., a fellow member of Charles River Regional Chamber to develop and execute an effective marketing strategy for the sale.
The property is located at 5-32 Bishop Rd. and 170-186 Summit Ave in Wollaston section of Quincy. It consists of nine masonry buildings – eight with 32 updated two-bedroom apartments each and one building featuring five apartments with modern kitchens and bathrooms.
According to Jay Nuss, this transaction will greatly contribute to the growth and desirability of this local community.
