Residents of Seguin, get ready for a unique dining experience! Dine Brands is bringing the first co-branded restaurant to your town. The combination of Applebee’s and IHOP will offer guests a diverse menu under one roof, including the option to pair margaritas with pancakes.
While this concept has been successful overseas, the Seguin location will be its first appearance in the United States. This new establishment will serve as a test for Dine Brands in the American market. They hope to learn from this experience and fine-tune their model accordingly.
The dual-branded restaurant will take over an existing space at 2777 N. Highway 123 Bypass that currently houses an IHOP location. The current IHOP is set to close on November 10th for remodeling before reopening as Applebee’s/IHOP combo restaurant at a later date that has yet to be announced.
