Toro Development Company (TDC) has successfully secured financing for Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use community in Johns Creek. This significant achievement sets the stage for Medley’s groundbreaking in December and its expected completion by late 2026.
The financing deal includes an equity investment from Ascentris as well as a $158 million construction loan from Banco Inbursa, which will fund the first phase of development.
Situated at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry Road and Johns Creek Parkway, Medley will feature 150,000 square feet of retail space, including restaurants and entertainment options. It will also include a boutique hotel with 175 rooms, lifestyle office space spanning over 110,000 square feet ,750 multifamily residences ,133 townhomes,and an activated Plaza measuring at approximately25 ,000 square feet .
In March of2024,TDC acquired this suburban office park for $44 million. Since then,the company has demolished a3500square-foot office building to make way for construction . Additionally,TDC plans to renovate one existing office building on site and incorporate it into their master plan,to create an ideal workplace that is easily accessible via commute.
Medley already boasts over twelve confirmed retail tenants who have signed up to be part of this exciting new venture by Toro Development Company.
