CBRE has successfully secured a $22.8 million refinancing loan for the Trailhead at the Preserve Apartment Complex in Bremerton, Washington. The property, located at 1970 NE Fuson Rd, was represented by James Bach, Connor Lemley, Regina Wang and Griffin Walker from CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team in Seattle.
Sage Homes Northwest was able to secure a full-term bridge loan with an interest-only option through a prominent debt fund lender thanks to the efforts of CBRE’s team.
Lemley stated that this achievement showcases both the appeal of newly constructed multifamily properties in strong submarkets and the availability of liquidity for bridge lending opportunities within this sector.
The apartment complex consists of 109 units featuring modern studio, one- or two-bedroom apartments with unique amenities such as private access to nature trails at Illahee Preserve. Built in May 2024, it is conveniently situated near Bremerton and just a ferry ride away from Seattle.
