Construction is currently in progress for the Life Time Living Tower, a new residential development consisting of 300 units located at PV. The project, with an estimated cost of $150 million, is a collaboration between RED Development and Life Time – the company known for its popular fitness clubs.
Situated at 4568 East Cactus Road, this will be the fifth location for Life Time Living. It forms part of RED Development’s larger PV Phoenix development on the former site of Paradise Valley Mall.
