Two Trees Management has announced that Henrybuilt, a luxury design company, will be relocating to the historic Stable Building in DUMBO. The building, located at 16 Main St., will serve as the new headquarters for both Henrybuilt and its sister company Space Theory.
According to Scott Hudson, CEO of Henrybuilt, while they have been based in SoHo for almost two decades and plan to maintain a presence there long-term, they were drawn to DUMBO’s vibrant creative atmosphere and the opportunity presented by the unique standalone heritage frontage of the Stable Building. This move marks their first time sharing a retail space together in New York.
Originally built in 1906 and recently renovated by Two Trees in 2015, this two-story building offers a total of 7
