The Dupont, a luxurious 361-unit tower situated along Greenpoint’s waterfront, has officially begun leasing thanks to a joint venture partnership between Rockefeller Group and Park Tower Group. This marks the first project in Brooklyn for the century-old real estate company and is located within the expansive 22-acre Greenpoint Landing development.
Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, an award-winning architecture firm, designed the striking exterior of this skyscraper while AD100 firm Workstead crafted its elegant interiors. With 90% of homes featuring stunning water views, The Dupont offers residents a truly unique living experience.
According to Meg Brod, senior managing director of Northeast operations at Rockefeller Group: “We carefully selected our first residential project in Brooklyn based on location and timing.” She goes on to mention that with Brooklyn’s vibrant energy and thriving northern waterfront area combined with design expertise from partners like Workstead, they aimed to create a rental property that would appeal not only now but also in years to come. The vision for this project was clear – create housing that will stand the test of time while fostering community and seamlessly blending into its surroundings. The result?
