Lincoln Property Company has been selected to oversee property management, operations, and construction management for One Pacific Plaza. This Class A office campus spans three buildings and covers 400,000 square feet in Huntington Beach. The owner of the campus is Formosa Ltd., led by local businessman and philanthropist Joe C. Wen.
Conveniently located near the 405 freeway and adjacent to Bella Terra shopping center, which features popular retailers like Costco and Whole Foods.
Wen acquired the property in 2023 with plans for active leasing efforts and reinvestment into the project under Lincoln’s guidance as property manager.
Parke Miller, EVP at Lincoln’s Orange County branch stated that One Pacific Plaza is a highly sought-after office complex known for its abundance of amenities in Orange County. He expressed excitement about adding it to their expanding portfolio of properties managed throughout Southern California.
