"Santana Row Becomes New Hub for Cisco's Bay Area Offices"

According to the Silicon Valley Business Journal, Cisco is planning to relocate employees from various Bay Area locations to their Santana Row office in San Jose. The move will involve expanding and upgrading the existing office at 3098 Olsen Dr.

Employees who were previously based in San Francisco with Cisco’s subsidiary Splunk will begin working from the Santana Row location in early 2025. This was reported by both the Business Journal and the San Francisco Business Times, which also noted that Splunk had already vacated its former office at 250 Brannan St as of 2023. The space has been listed for sublease since 2021.

In addition to this relocation, changes are also happening at Cisco’s North San Jose campus, which consists of over thirty buildings. Employees will start moving out of four specific buildings – namely those located at3750 Zanker Rd., as well as East Tasman Dr.’s numbers260,300,and350- starting mid-October.

Cisco stated that they are consolidating their offices in order to foster collaboration between teams and improve cost efficiency within their real estate portfolio while creating an environment where employees can thrive and drive innovation for customers’ benefit and company growth.
